BMW set to make Efficient Dynamics eco supercar

On paper it sounded perfect – a supercar that can get to 62mph in 4.8seconds, but still manages a 75mpg fuel consumption and a CO2 rating of 99g/km but we never thought that BMW would actually make its Vision Efficient Dynamics diesel/electric concept.

But it appears we were wrong and it could become a production reality as soon as 2013.
