Speed cameras to be turned back on in Oxfordshire

One of the first UK councils to turn off its speed cameras has drawn up secret plans to turn them back on again, it has been revealed.

Oxfordshire County Council made the high-profile decision on August 1, but speeding reportedly increased by 88 per cent at speed camera locations and local residents were up in arms.
