Sellers losing £500 a car because of dents and scratches

Research revealed today has revealed that motorists are losing up to £500 of the value of their car by failing to prepare them properly for sale.

Manheim Auctions has said that one in ten sellers are lazy and it's costing them money – damaged alloys can cost as much as £150 a wheel, cracked windscreens up to £300 and minor accident damage up to £250 per panel.
