Qualifying postponed until Sunday

Qualifying for the Japanese Grand Prix in Suzuka has been delayed until Sunday morning.

What was already apparent this morning in third practice became a certainty during qualifying: heavy rain and standing water on the track resulted in the session not taking place as planned this Saturday afternoon in Suzuka. Race control has postponed qualifying until Sunday morning at 10:00, local time. An hour before then, there might be a 15 minute briefing session for drivers.
