McLaren "weren't cheeky enough"

In recent weeks, McLaren team principal Martin Whitmarsh has been anyone who will listen that the latest FIA tests on the front wing and floor of the car have cost Red Bull some of their former dominance. In reply, Red Bull state that they have changed nothing.
