World's fastest Vauxhall to appear at Silverstone

If we asked you to name which manufacturer was behind a car with a 3,000bhp 8.8-litre V8 engine capable of 0-60mph in under a second you probably wouldn't plump for Vauxhall.

But Red Victor 3 is just that. Based on a 1967 Victor FD, the car is appearing at the Power Festival at Silverstone this August Bank Holiday and is capable of breathtaking speed thanks to the hard work of the engineering team behind the project.
