Video: Pagani Zonda R crushes Ferrari's 'ring record

Just like the production car speed record, the quickest lap around the Nurburgring is all about taking supercar scalps from your rivals.

The Pagani Zonda R has been pounding round the 'ring testing components, but that hasn't stopped the manufacturer releasing a video of the frenzied sprint, and the 6mins 47secs time makes it 11 seconds quicker than a Ferrari 599XX.
