Aston releases Nurburgring-inspired limited edition

Aston Martin has announced plans to sell a limited edition version of its V8 Vantage that has been inspired by the firm's exploits at the 24-hour race at the Nurburgring.

The Vantage N420 gets its name from the 420bhp the 4.7-litre V8 engine produces and is based on the cars that competed in the gruelling race. But as Aston competes with road legal cars, it is not as pared down a model as you might think.
