Toyota's chief test driver killed driving Lexus LFA near the Nurburgring

Toyota's chief test driver has been killed in a horrific head on crash which occurred near the Nurburgring circuit yesterday.

Hiromu Naruse, a legend amongst the test driving fraternity, was driving a Lexus LFA Nurburgring Edition when he collided with an oncoming BMW.

The occupants of the BMW were also test drivers. Both survived the crash, but one is said to be in critical condition.
