Panoz searches for the Spirit of Le Mans with Abruzzi

If you're in the market for a fast, lightweight limited edition sports car then Don Panoz may have just the thing for you - the new Abruzzi 'Spirit of Le Mans'.

Panoz, the founder of a number of Fortune 500 companies and motorsport enterprises, became enthalled by the 24 Hour race in 1997. Soon after that experience he set up the American Le Mans Series and watched as his cars were victorious at some of the world's most famous circuits including Sebring and Le Mans.

But now he has turned his attention to a car that he hopes will revive the 'spirit of Le Mans', a car that is technologically advanced but still one that inspires an era when racers would drive their own cars to Le Mans and compete.
