Video: Mini throws down the gauntlet - again

Porsche must have hoped that their rejection of Mini's offer of a race last week might have brought the matter to a close. No such luck.

What Mini USA's boss lacks in product horsepower, he more than makes up for with tenacity. Clearly intent on pushing the boundaries of social media, Jim McDowell has recorded another video for his equivalent at Porsche, and upped the ante in humorous style.

He also went to the trouble of deploying a light aircraft with a banner of Porsche HQ which read: "Dear Porsche, Bring it. Love, Mini." This clearly isn't over yet.
