Disappointment is never far away at Le Mans and when you're used to unprecedented success with a dominant team, losing can be even harder to take.

For the past decade, Audi has set the standard at the 24 Hours, winning eight of the last 10 races, but defeat to diesel rivals Peugeot in 2009 was a shock and led to some soul-searching within the team. But, it may have had the desired effect as the Audi Sport Team Joest/North America has returned with a hugely updated R15.
