F1 boring? Get real, says ex-champ

F1 has come in for some serious flak this season as fans, pundits and even some drivers have reacted to new regulations that they reckon have made a once-boring spectacle even worse.

But are they right or is it just a knee-jerk reaction as F1's followers get used to the new regime? Yes, Bahrain was a dull race but has it ever provided a thriller? Yes, Australia was infinitely more exciting but Melbourne is renowned to do so. Are the fans just turning into a bunch of whingers?
