Anyone who has ever forced themselves to spend a Sunday afternoon trawling through second hand car adverts looking for a bargain will know what awful dirge it can be. Many cars will be overlooked because of bad photos, lazy descriptions and fraudulent claims, while even the decent adverts are desperately unimaginative.

The BMW for sale in this video is by no means a minter, but the three-minute ad has been shot with so much grace and visual wit that every foible just seems to add to the charm.
