Lewis Hamilton gets pulled by the police

Lewis Hamilton has been pulled over by the police in Melbourne for what he has described as "over-exuberant driving".

The 2008 Formula One world champion has since apologised for the incident, saying: "This evening, I was driving in an over-exuberant manner and, as a result, was stopped by the police.

"What I did was silly, and I want to apologise for it."
