Tickets for the Taste Festival go on sale from today. Now in its seventh year, the event has turned into an annual celebration of all that's good about food.

The festivals will be appearing across the country in London, Edinburgh and Birmingham. It's your chance to indulge yourself with specially prepared dishes from the finest restaurants and chefs in one of the cities of your choosing. With a 150 food and drink producers on show you are sure to find a gastronomic delight to please.

There will be demonstrations, classes and music to entertain. You can also take advantage of the fantastic produce on offer from a variety of food markets. Sample home-grown fayre as well as exotic tastes from across the globe. If you prefer liquid refreshment you can always take advantage of the wine tasting sessions.

See celebrity French chefs prepare mouth watering dishes in a master class called The French Flair Theatre and watch celebrity chef Jun Tanaka, from Channel 4's Cooking It, as he prepares some of his sumptuous signature dishes in front of a live audience.

The festivals will be staggered over three months, appearing in Edinburgh on the 28 -31 May at Inverleigh Park. In London on the 18th – 21 June at regent's Park and finally in Birmingham on the 9-12 July at Cannon Hill Park.
