Man trades Bugatti Veyron... for a Corvette

If we were the proud owner of one rare and very expensive Bugatti Veyron – estimated to be worth around £1 million – we would hesitate to trade it in at all, let alone for a Chevrolet Corvette ZR1.

But that's exactly what an American man has decided to do. Carlton Beal from Texas gave up his stunning 2008 Veyron finished in two-tone black and red paint to take home a brand new ZR1 costing him little more than £100k.

Beal is no stranger to supercar ownership and is said to have previously owned a Lamborghini Diablo and Mclaren F1.
