Lexus reveals CT200h

Lexus has taken the wraps of its all new CT200h premium compact model.

The car will be a direct rival for the likes of the Audi A3 and BMW 1 Series and is due to enter production in late 2010.

It is based on the LF-CH concept that first appeared at the Frankfurt motor show last year. It retains much of the concept's original styling – albeit toned down somewhat – with a familiar Lexus face. The firm says the front of the car has been styled to maximise aerodynamic efficiency and reduce wind noise in the cabin.
