Notting Hill named as uninsured driver hotspot

Updated

Posh London suburb Notting Hill has been named as a hotspot for people driving without insurance.

New research by moneysupermarket.com has compiled a list of the top ten worst places for driving, which included the fashionable W11 postcode as well as the cities of Manchester and Glasgow.

Topping the list was a small town called Sanquhar in Dumfriesshire, Scotland, where three out of ten young male drivers had a conviction for driving without insurance. The second top 'hot spot' was Heben Bridge in West Yorkshire where 25 percent of men in their early twenties had the conviction.
