Who needs a modern car when familiar older models can be made to look futuristic? Martin Eckhoff has had his old Scirocco II spruced up and is now the proud owner of his very own futuromobile. Particularly eye-catching are the extremely low bonnet and a couple of aerodynamic humps on the tail, giving the whole job a sporty design.

There was just one detail that got overlooked: the German weather. If the worst comes to the worst, the lack of a roof means that you're going to get rather wet.
