Russell Brand Sentenced For Smashing iPhone

Description:Russell Brand was facing 6 months in jail for the phone smashing incident, so if you look at it that way, he got off easy. His attorney plead not guilty on the actors behalf this morning and they worked out a deal in which the case will be dismissed if Brand pays 500 dollars in court fees and performs 20 hours of community service by August 31.
