Description:It's time for round 2 in Thursday nights 200-meter individual medley for Ryan Lochte and Michael Phelps. Its the last time the two will face off at the London games. Phelps said recently of his friendly rivalry with Lochte, "We love racing against each other. Neither one of us likes to lose. I like to say we bring out the best in one another."
