Inmate Paints Pig On Side of State Police Cars

Description:The Vermont State Police is tearing decals off the sides of trooper cruisers after discovering that an inmate doctored the State seal on them to include a pig. The State saves money by having prisoners do the painting, but one felon went rogue. The police unknowingly drove around with an unofficially official pig on their cars for a year before the prison prank was discovered.
