Governor Quinn Vetoes Gambling Expansion Bill

Description:llinois Governor Pat Quinn has vetoed the gambling expansion bill. The bill would have allowed Illinois five new casinos, including one in Chicago. It also would have allowed slot machines at racetracks. Supporters in the Illinois House and Senate, and Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel said the package would bring much need jobs and revenue to a state that's in the middle of a financial crisis. (1:41)
