Boy Band One Direction Gets a Nickelodeon Show

Description:Get ready for the teenage screams for a new British invasion- One Direction is coming Stateside to a TV near you. Technically speaking, the British-Irish boy band One Direction, or 1D as they’re called, were the third place finishers for last year’s British X-Factor. Their mentor on the show was Simon Cowell and just like his U.S. prodige Rachel Crow has found herself a TV deal on Nickelodeon, so has 1D. The deal was confirmed on twitter. (1:14)
