The cable car will accommodate one lucky winner and three friends on 6 March 2015. Ideal for travellers in search for unusual holiday experiences rather than simply a place to stay, the cable car will be completely transformed in just hours after a day of ferrying skiers up the mountain, into a cosy cocoon for the night - complete with a bed and living room.

After climbing the ski runs by snowmobile, the four guests will be greeted with traditional mulled wine at the Saulire Summit. Suspended over the Combe de Saulire, which is highly prized by the best freeriders, the guests will be served a typical Savoyard dinner of cheese fondue. They will then tuck in for the night at the very top of the Saulire, the highest point of Courchevel. In the morning, they will have the privilege of laying down the 'first tracks' over an untouched snow run.

James McClure, at Airbnb, says this night in a majestic and unexpected setting "will remain in the four winners' memories forever".

Airbnb's 'A Night At' initiative has hosted already hosted a night at Gallery Lafayette in Paris, in an IKEA store in Australia, on board a KLM plane in Amsterdam and in a Waterstones book shop in London.

Fancy winning a night in a cable car above a ski resort? For a chance to win this unique experience, visit Courchevel's listing on Airbnb no later than 26 February at 23h59 and tell the host why you would like to spend the night in the Saulire cable car. The contest is open to families or groups of friends (four people maximum).
