Video: Heart-stopping moment lorry flies over highway and explodes into fireball
The terrifying moment an articulated lorry comes flying across a US highway before bursting into a huge fireball has been caught on video by another driver's dashboard camera.
The incident occurred in Indiana on Thursday afternoon, according to the Daily Telegraph.
The lorry can be seen crashing across the highway before exploding but, miraculously, the driver, Ryan Young, and his seven-year-old son escaped with only minor injuries.
Sky News reports that the accident happened after Mr Young swerved when another vehicle drifted into his lane.
He then crashed through the barrier, causing the fuel tank to erupt into flames.
