Natalie Cassidy soaks up the sun in Tenerife

Ex-Eastenders star Natalie Cassidy has chosen the sunkissed isle of Tenerife for her latest holiday.

The star hit the beaches looking relaxed and happy as she soaked up the rays.

Nat has been in the headlines recently because of her dramatic weight loss: according to Now magazine her most recent fitness regime helped her lose well over a stone.

Now a happy size ten, the actress says she is focusing on staying fit rather than worrying about her weight on faddy diets.

Natalie certainly knows how to have a good time - judging by her holiday snaps, she's loving being in Tenerife, an island which has long been a fave with British holidaymakers looking for winter sun.

And the island has become quite a favourite among celebs in recent years.

Stars who have graced its beaches recently include Jennifer Ellison and her boxer hubby Roland Tickle.

Shakira, Stephanie of Monaco and Mariah Carey have also holidayed on the island. Top luxury resorts popular with the rich and famous include the five star Gran Hotel Bahia del Duque and the Abama Golf and Spa Resort.
