Video: Lion photo bombs little girl at zoo, gives her a good fright

A little girl at a French zoo got a shock when she realised a lioness had photo bombed her pic.

The cute-looking girl in a pink bandana is all smiles for her dad as she poses for a pic in front of the enclosure - but lets out a shriek and makes a run for it when she turns and sees the lion that crept up behind her.

The lion is left standing there staring after the girl, either mildly disappointed that lunch skipped off, or just plain curious.

The girl's parent uploaded the video to YouTube, and wrote: "Hungry lion? he seems to be very interested by my little girl... fortunately, there's a glass wall."

The video reminded us of little Devin James, who had a face-off with an African lion at Boston's Franklin Park Zoo back in July.
