We just had to share this video, taken by Los Angeles-based filmmaker Henry Jun Wah Lee, exploring of some of the most beautiful sites in the American South West.

Spending months of sleepless nights, Wah Lee patiently captures the glories of the Grand Canyon, the Eastern Sierras, Yosemite National Park, as well as Monument Valley, North Coyote Buttes and the Antelope Canyons.

The filmmaker says his mission is to inspire people who spend their time in cities to get out and re-connect with nature. And it's working a treat on us.
