George Kruis has linked up with England ahead of next weekend's home Test against Argentina, after recovering from an ankle injury.
The Saracens lock was among a host of forwards - together with second-row partner Maro Itoje - unavailable for England's victories over South Africa and Fiji at Twickenham.
However, Kruis has now been deemed fit enough to join the national squad at their Pennyhill Park base.
An England Rugby statement on Sunday confirmed Kruis' call-up and also revealed Jack Nowell had joined up with the team for a "medical review".
Exeter Chiefs wing Nowell tore a thigh muscle in a training camp prior to England's end-of-year-internationals.
Eddie Jones' men will complete an unbeaten calendar year should they get the better of Argentina and Australia over the next fortnight.
