Billy Vunipola has been passed fit to start and Elliot Daly will switch to the wing when England face Fiji at Twickenham on Saturday.
Eddie Jones delayed naming his side for England's second November international due to injury concerns, but Vunipola has proved his fitness after the number eight was a doubt due to 'upper-body soreness'.
Daly will take the number 11 shirt, enabling Jonathan Joseph to return at outside centre after he was named among the replacements for the win over South Africa, while Semesa Rokoduguni, Teimana Harrison and Alex Goode come into the side.
Wing Rokoduguni will wing a second cap, two years after his first, with flanker Harrison make his third appearance for his country and Goode getting his chance at full-back.
Nathan Hughes, who was also an injury concern, has been named among the replacements along with Charlie Ewels, set to win his first cap, Henry Slade and Ben Te'o.
England: Alex Goode, Semesa Rokoduguni, Jonathan Joseph, Owen Farrell, Elliot Daly, George Ford, Ben Youngs; Mako Vunipola, Dylan Hartley, Dan Cole, Joe Launchbury, Courtney Lawes, Chris Robshaw, Teimana Harrison, Billy Vunipola.
Replacements: Jamie George, Joe Marler, Kyle Sinckler, Charlie Ewels, Nathan Hughes, Danny Care, Ben Te'o, Henry Slade.
