Frank Pritchard has agreed a return to the NRL with Parramatta Eels, following a one-season stint at Super League side Hull FC.
The powerful forward, formerly of Penrith Panthers and Canterbury Bulldogs, helped Hull to Challenge Cup glory in 2016, featuring in a dramatic 12-10 final victory over Warrington Wolves at Wembley.
Pritchard will now continue his career in Sydney, with Parramatta head coach Brad Arthur delighted to have snapped up the vastly experienced 33-year-old.
"Frank has played at the highest level and I am sure our members and fans are pleased that we have secured Pritchard as we lead into 2017," said Arthur.
"We have had a strategy over the last two months to retain our key players and, when necessary, bring in strong additions who will allow our squad to progress to the next level.
"Frank is a good example of a strong addition not only on the field, but as a wealth of knowledge to our developing players."
Pritchard, who has represented New Zealand and Samoa at international level, follows Suaia Matagi, Will Smith, Kirisome Auva'a, Nathan Brown, George Jennings, Siosaia Vave and Josh Hoffman in moving to Parramatta for 2017.
