Russian weightlifter Apti Aukhadov has been stripped of the silver medal he won at London 2012 after testing positive for two banned substances.
The 23-year-old placed second in the men's 85 kilogram discipline, but re-analysis of his samples found traces of dehydrochlormethyltestosterone and drostanolone.
Russia's weightlifting team was banned from Rio 2016 amid allegations of state-sponsored doping.
Aukhadov's sanction was announced by the International Olympic Committee on Tuesday, when it was also confirmed that Ukraine's Maksym Mazuryk had been disqualified from the 2012 Games.
He finished 18th in the pole vault.
