These are all the buttons a Formula One driver presses during a single race

Formula One is a demanding sport for both the mind and body of those who take part in it.

Despite old criticisms that the car is doing all the work, the human body is actually placed under a huge amount of pressure by the forces of travelling at such high speed.

Now, a new video has also surfaced online that shines a light on just how much thinking and reacting is required in each lap.

As you can see, the cockpit of Nico Rosberg's Mercedes is an incredibly busy place, with not just 70 or so gear changes, but multiple adjustments to different settings on the car to deal with. All this is happening while he's sweeping around a tight city circuit - at the European Grand Prix in Baku - at more than 200 miles an hour.
