No play between South Africa and New Zealand on day three

Updated:

The first Test between South Africa and New Zealand is drifting towards a draw after no play was possible on day three in Durban due to a wet outfield.

While the wicket was dry enough for play, wet patches elsewhere on the field could not be cleared in time, with New Zealand remaining 15-2 in their first innings.

Kane Williamson and Ross Taylor, both two not out, are the men due to return to the crease as the Black Caps respond to South Africa's 263 all out.
