Some athletes cry on the podium when they become Olympic champions. Others simply look proud as they sing along the national anthem, or maybe they punch the air with joy.

The only thing better than watching the cyclist on the podium after winning gold in the team pursuit - which, ICYMI, is Wiggo's record eight Olympic medal - is the reaction of his team mates.
Of course Twitter picked up on this slightly odd celebration ... and they mostly loved it.

Some people reckon a few people might be offended by the sticky-out tongue.
