Kenyan sprinting coach John Anzrah has been dismissed from Rio 2016 after allegedly attempting to swap an athlete's urine with his own.
Anzrah is the second official from Kenya's athletics team to be sent home in disgrace of the Games after athletics manager Michael Rotich was caught on camera by the Sunday Times and ARD claiming he could provide advanced warning of drugs tests in return for a £10,000 bribe.
That controversy, on the first full day of these Games, came just a day after Kenya was removed from the World Anti-Doping Agency's list of "non-compliant" nations, however, this fresh issue will put a greater spotlight on the African nation.
National Olympic Committee of Kenya chairman Kip Kaino said: "We have sent Anzrah back home.
"He presented himself as an athlete, gave the urine sample and even signed the documents. We cannot tolerate such behaviour."
