By now we're all pretty familiar with Michael Phelps: US swimmer and the most decorated Olympian of all time.
But the one thing we can't quite get over is #PhelpsFace. In case you missed it - Phelps was caught on camera giving South African swimmer Chad Le Clos a less than impressed look as they were psyching themselves up for the 200m butterfly semi-final yesterday.

For others, it's reminiscent of Star Wars. Is Phelps giving Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader a run for his money?

Some pundits were loftier in their interpretation of #PhelpsFace - calling on the current US political climate or classic literature to help them.
Michael phelps face is how we all feel about this election.
