Rio 2016: Judoka secures Brazil's first gold


Rafaela Silva lit up Rio 2016 for home fans, securing Brazil's first gold medal in the women's under 57kg judo final.

Silva beat world number one Sumiya Dorjsuren of Mongolia by waza-ari.

World champion in 2013, Silva was visibly moved by her victory as Brazil celebrated getting off the mark and adding a first gold to their tally for their home games.
