Paul Pogba signs a fan's Manchester United shirt with his name on the back

As we wait for the biggest transfer of the summer to go through, we're all on the lookout for clues that Paul Pogba is definitely joining Manchester United.

Well, the man himself just dropped probably the biggest one yet.

The Juventus midfielder, who has long now been linked with a £100 million move back to Old Trafford, signed a United fan's shirt with his name and the number six on the back while on holiday in California.

Instagram user Jonathan Perkins wrote: "So this just happened! (Probably the first United jersey he has signed since the impending transfer) Thanks @paulpogba for making my 18th birthday a little more special! #manchesterunited #mufc"

United recently released their squad numbers and the six was left vacant - with many people assuming that was intended for France star Pogba.

And if the move doesn't go through, well, one fan has got himself a unique bit of memorabilia. That might be worth something one day.
