Ukrainian weightlifter Yuliya Kalina has been stripped of the bronze medal she was awarded at the London Olympic Games for failing a drugs test.
Kalina was provisionally suspended by the International Weightlifting Federation (IWF) after reanalysis of her doping sample from the London Games returned an adverse finding.
The 27-year-old tested positive for a prohibited anabolic steroid dehydrochlormethyltestosterone and the International Olympic Committee (IOC) on Wednesday disqualified her result from the 58-kilogram weightlifting event in the English capital.
Kalina will have to hand back the bronze medal which she was presented with four years ago.
The IOC revealed in May that 23 athletes from the London Games have tested positive for banned substances following reanalysis of samples, while 31 could be banned from competing at Rio following adverse findings in their re-tested Beijing 2008 samples.
