Whisper it quietly, but Andy Murray might just be in the best form of his life.
It's not in the British mentality to count any metaphorical chickens before they hatch... but Murray is making it awfully hard not to believe that he will win his second Wimbledon title when he meets Milos Raonic on Sunday.
The 29-year-old has looked razor sharp at SW19 over the past fortnight and he hardly put a foot wrong as he crushed Tomas Berdych 6-3 6-3 6-3 with such ease that some of us felt uneasy.
This is all disturbingly stress-free so far from Andy Murray I could do with him going wrong for half an hour to get my bearings.

Murray making Berdych looking so far out his depth here. Different class..!

Murray has dropped just two sets all tournament - both to Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in the quarter-finals - and against Berdych he made just nine unforced errors all match!
Cue Murray mania ahead of the final...
Murray has basically won Wimbledon final before it's even started

Not sure I have ever seen Andy Murray play so well as he has this week. #Wimbledon

Former Wimbledon champion Pat Cash joined the chorus of praise for Murray.

The rest of us are feeling pretty confident too, especially after the mighty Roger Federer bowed out to Raonic - who will play in his first-ever grand slam final and who Murray beat in the final at Queen's last month.
Andy Murray will crucially be fresh for the final; Berdych hasn't laid a glove on him in this match. #Wimbledon
