Premier League rumours: Chelsea will not allow Willian to join Jose Mourinho at Manchester United

Chelsea will issue a "hands off" warning to Jose Mourinho over Brazil international Willian, says the London Evening Standard. Former Blues manager Mourinho, who became Manchester United boss on Friday, is reported to be plotting a £60 million bid to make Willian his first signing in the Old Trafford hotseat but Chelsea are determined to keep the 27-year-old.

The Daily Express claims the Premier League giants are both interested in Sporting midfielder Joao Mario, rumoured to have a price tag of around £47 million. Mario has distanced himself from the rumours, however, saying he is fully focused on Portugal's Euro 2016 campaign.

Pep Guardiola believes he needs to overhaul Manchester City's squad this summer and has urged the club's hierarchy to give him a transfer war chest of £200 million to buy up to eight players, reports the Daily Mirror. Borussia Dortmund midfielder Ilkay Gundogan is expected to become Guardiola's first City signing next week in a deal worth roughly £20 million.

Midfielder Yaya Toure wants to be a part of Guardiola's revolution at City and has spurned offers of £30 million from Chinese clubs Shanghai SIPG and Jiangsu Suning while the Ivorian also has no interest in joining Inter Milan, says the Guardian.

The Daily Star reports Liverpool may look to raid Southampton once more as they eye up a move for £25 million-rated striker Sadio Mane. The Reds have targeted Mane after Mario Gotze outlined his intention to remain with Bayern Munich.
