This lucky Leicester fan got to hand the Premier League trophy to the club

Leicester winning the Premier League title was a dream come true for many people - but for one fan it was even more special since he was the one to hand the trophy to them.

Steve Worthy, 39, of Wigston, won a Barclays competition to present the cup to captain Wes Morgan.

The heart-warming reason he was chosen was because of his 97-year-old grandma Gladys Kenney, whose first trip to see Leicester was the 1949 FA Cup final and she has been a dedicated superfan ever since.

It's certainly a moment he will never forget.
