Here's how some of the Leicester City players reacted on social media after lifting the Premier League trophy

Leicester City have lifted the Premier League trophy, proving that they really are the champions and it isn't all just a dream.

Now that realisation has started to sink in, some of the players have taken a break from celebrating to turn to Twitter to share their thoughts with fans.

Christian Fuchs continued the theme of his brilliant video of the players watching the Tottenham-Chelsea game together with yet another jumpy happy clip filmed literally as the guys lifted the cup.

Jamie Vardy had a LOL at himself - and his teammate Robert Huth - for his second penalty of the match which went shooting right over the crossbar.

(And if you were wondering why Huth's free kick was so funny...)

Riyad Mahrez retweeted Didier Drogba's congratulatory message to the team in which he specifically mentioned the Player of the Year.

Danny Drinkwater shared some reflective thoughts as he stared lovingly at the trophy.

Danny Simpson also tweeted a grinning picture of himself holding the cup above his head - but his follow-up tweet summed up pretty perfectly how many, many people are feeling right now.
