Daniel Sturridge was left singing to himself in an empty dressing room after Liverpool booked their place in the Europa League final thanks to a random drugs test.
We expect that while Sturridge was getting tested there was some serious celebrating going on at Anfield but the striker will never know.
The lonely striker - who scored in the 3-0 defeat of Villarreal - posted a video clip on social media of him missing out.
"Just had a drugs test. And look what I come back to - none of the boys here, no-one to celebrate with," said Sturridge as he pans his camera around the dressing room.
Then he starts singing: "All on my own, all on my own" to his 2.2 million Instagram followers.
It makes him the most lonely player since Ashely Cole joined AS Roma and was spotted lurking in the team photograph.
Sturridge was picked to start by manager Jurgen Klopp in what many saw as a show of faith in the player.
Liverpool went 1-0 up after an own goal from Villarreal midfielder Bruno inside seven minutes before Sturridge and Adam Lallana scored in the second half.
It will be Liverpool's first final in nine years and now the Reds have an extra reason to win... they can't let Sturridge's memories of the Europa League end on such a sad note. Surely?
They want to go back to this...
The Europa League final takes place in Basel on May 18 against defending champions Sevilla.
