Bucharest rain wipes out Wednesday's play

No play was possible at the BRD Nastase Tiriac Trophy on Wednesday due to rain in Bucharest.

Four second-round matches were due to be staged in the ATP World Tour 250 tournament, but bad weather put paid to any action in the Romanian capital.

Defending champion Guillermo Garcia-Lopez will return on Thursday to take on unseeded Brit Kyle Edmund after second seed Ivo Karlovic has taken on Lucas Pouille on Centre Court.

Paolo Lorenzi will be up against Taro Daniel a day later than scheduled, while Daniel Gimeno-Traver and Guido Pella will also be eyeing a place in the third round when they meet on Thursday.
