CSKA Moscow clinched a Euroleague play-off berth with a 90-78 win over Laboral Kutxa.
Nando De Colo starred as CSKA became the first team from Group F to qualify for the play-offs after Barcelona upstaged defending champions Real Madrid in the El Clasico on Thursday.
De Colo posted 19 points, 16 of those coming in the second half, to lead group leaders CSKA to an 8-3 win-loss record, ahead of second-placed Laboral, who dropped to a 7-4, despite 19 points from Adam Hanga.
"All the games are very difficult to win. We saw it last week in Barcelona: we had the game, and then we lost at the end," said De Colo.
"Today we knew that we played at home, we needed to get this victory, and we did it. This is the most important. We need to keep practicing hard and playing every game like a final. We need to be ready for what's coming next."
At Palau Blaugrana, Barca reigned supreme as they outlasted Madrid 72-65 in the basketball edition of the El Clasico.
Stratos Perperoglou (20 points) was the hero for Barca, who surrendered a 25-point lead, after he followed a three-point play with free throws inside the final 55 seconds.
Gustavo Ayon had 16 points for Madrid, who share a 6-5 record with Barca.
Elsewhere in the group, Brose Baskets Bamberg accounted for Khimki 84-79.
In Group E, Fenerbahce claimed top spot thanks to a 77-69 victory Darussafaka Dogus.
Panathinaikos were 84-79 winners over Lokomotiv Kuban.
