Maxime Mermoz has been called up to the France training squad ahead of the Six Nations after Alexandre Dumoulin suffered a knee injury.
Dumoulin damaged his left knee in Racing 92's European Rugby Champions Cup defeat at Glasgow Warriors on Saturday.
The 26-year-old is not seriously injured, but Toulon's Mermoz will join up with Guy Noves' squad for the final days of their training camp.
Morgan Parra, Sebastien Vahaamahina and Benjamin Fall had already been ruled out due to injuries.
France play Italy in the first game of Six Nations at Stade de France on February 6.
